The data controller is PathCubed, a company registered in Portugal and based in Lisbon. For any privacy question, or to request our full registered details, use our contact page.

• Contact form — your name, email, company, and the message you send us.
• Booking a call — if you book through our scheduling tool, the details you provide there, such as name and email.
• Usage data — standard analytics such as pages viewed and approximate location, collected through cookies.

3. How we use it and our legal basis

• To reply to your enquiry and provide our services, on the basis of taking steps at your request and performing our contract.
• To run and improve the website, on the basis of our legitimate interest in a working, useful site.
• For analytics cookies, on the basis of your consent where required.

4. Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to understand how the site is used. These set cookies on your device. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking analytics cookies does not affect your ability to use the site.

5. Who we share data with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site and our business, acting on our instructions:

• Our contact form provider, which delivers form submissions to us.
